  1. Create and Implement Plan for all future vehicles including buses to have vehicle that is optimal size and capacity for the intended function.

  2. Create and Implement Plan to downsize all existing buses, school buses to optimal size and capacity for the intended function.

  3. Create and Implement Plan for cycling out outdated vehicles and buses with solar, electric, or auxiliary powered to be replaced.

    Coordinate traffic signals to maxim cars continual speed

  4. Indorse when possible Bikes, Scooters, Walking, Public Transportation, Commuting
